After working in the newspaper industry for almost fifteen years with several of them specific to the aging community, Paul Zobisch, publisher felt that there needed to be a newspaper that carried nothing but information and resources by and for those in their senior years, their caregivers, and professionals who work in geriatrics.
The Senior News Source was opened in December of 1998 with the first issue published in March of 1999.
The Senior News Source has rapidly become 'The Leading Resource for the Aging Community'. As our continuing desire to better serve the aging community, The Senior News Source has now become Generations. The information base has stayed committed to publishing information and resources that are pertinent to the North Texas area. Generations-News.com has also seen tremendous growth receiving more than 125,000 per month since it's launch.
